The fallback position re acting out after family visits seems to be that parenting time traumatized the child in a bad way. Sounds like the fallback needs to be child was retraumatized by yet another separation and provide more supports to kids and to foster parents to express that frustration.

Also the literature shows that this is not uncommon especially after a prolonged period of not having family visits. So it absolutely should not be a basis to suspend or limit visits.
